Rewire to Sage
Rewire to Sage is the foundation for all of our services offered*. Every client will have access to the Rewire to Sage Bootcamp and will be offered additional Sage Masterclasses. This can also be taken as a stand alone service, without the additional one on one services. This is offered as a group class. Benefits of a group class is that you will get to learn not just about yourself and your own processes, but can discover more about yourself through other's experiences. This program helps to make changes at our core, instead of managing symptoms. With simple daily tasks and focuses, you'll begin to rewire your brain to lead with your sage self. This bootcamp helps reduce anxiety, stress, depression, shame, and mental fog. It increases self efficacy, energy, emotional regulation and tolerance, self confidence, compassion, and empathy. Uncover who you are at your core essence and empower that part of you so you feel and act the way you want regardless of what is happening around you. By leading with your sage self, you'll not just rewire yourself, but your environment, relationships, situations, and your life.
